Stakeholders - a different paradigm

Question : If a Person is neither Positively or Negatively affected by the Project but on the otherway Project could be positively or negatively affected by Him. Then could he be a stake holder

Answer : yes, he is definitely a stakeholder

This is a really nice question by one of the workshop participants and gives a paradigm shift to the definition of stakeholders as given in PMBOK :-)
