The last two days I was busy with a group of brilliant software professionals from Accenture, explaining and experiencing SCRUM. This program which was customized for Accenture was a two day workshop, where the first day was devoted to understanding the SCRUm framework and the cultural aspects that need to be looked into for successful roll out.
