The work of this flyover is progressing well. This fly over is supposed to ease the traffic jams between the silk board junction and the electronic city. I have my own apprehensions about this. Where the fly over meets the silkboard junction, there can be still choking, and think of a situation of a traffic jam on the fly over itself. A better option could have been;
- Widening the roads (which is already done, half heartedly)
- Enforcing traffic rules
- Constructing underpasses at the main junctions crossing the hosur road
