Agile project management using SCRUM @ Torry Harris

PMRI conducted a two day workshop 'Agile project management using SCRUM' at Torry Harris, Bangalore. The objective of this workshop was to ready the participants to start implementing SCRUM, and it is achieved at the end of the workshop. The focus of the first half of the workshop was to introduce the participants to Agile principles, values, scrum framework, Agile estimation. During the second of the workshop, the participants executed a mock project using SCRUM.
